Fundación Avina launched a series of online sessions for its internal team aimed at strengthening the integration of Artificial Intelligence into daily professional activities in a safe, ethical manner aligned with its institutional values. 

The sessions addressed the transformations in the workplace when collaborating with Artificial Intelligence, while also emphasizing what remains 100% human responsibility. The content was aligned with the Fundación’s internal AI policy, which defines AI as a support tool, never as a substitute for human decision-making. 

The program also explored practical aspects, such as prompt writing and context engineering to achieve clearer and more consistent results. Applications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams were presented, along with guidance on identifying automation opportunities and understanding, in simple terms, how workflows are structured. 

The workshop was organized by Fundación Avina in collaboration with Neurotry, an organization dedicated to supporting companies and leaders in designing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions for process automation and optimization.
