REMOTE – Consultancy: Development of a study that reviews the state-of- the art in funding L&D    

OBJECTIVE OF THE CONSULTANCY 

To support the task of the working group, 2 studies will be conducted. The contractor’s objective for the present ToR is to lead one. 

The goal of the present study is to develop a document that summarizes the state-of- the art in funding L&D, to avoid duplications, promote synergies and identify potential funds that could deploy funds to operationalize BASE’s L&D track.
