Consultancy Objectives 

To enhance the project’s effectiveness and strategic direction by leading robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) processes—especially within the ToT course, Community of Practice, and Innovation Grants.

Application  

Interested consultants or organizations must submit a CV, work plan and methodology, portfolio of relevant consultancies, and two references by August 16th, 2025.
