Social and labor inclusion
We advocate for public policies and corporate responsibility practices to ensure that historically and socially vulnerable communities have access to opportunities for decent work, means of livelihood, and the free and full exercise of their rights. This includes promoting non-discriminatory spaces with a focus on gender equity and care work. We work with allies to promote better labor conditions for workers by building their organizational capacities and understanding of human rights. ​

Business and human rights
We build relationships with the private sector, advocate for transparency and human dignity throughout supply chains, and promote human rights due diligence to prevent risks, improve recruitment practices, and ensure labor rights are upheld within business models. In addition, we serve as facilitators so the voices of those most impacted are heard and included in decision-making spaces.​

Just transition
We serve as facilitators so the voices of those most impacted, particularly energy sector workers, are heard and included in decision-making spaces. We aim to ensure that conversations about human rights and means of livelihood are inclusive and equitable in order to improve public policies, business models, and corporate practices. The goal is develop solutions to climate and energy challenges via inclusive and democratic processes that place respect for human rights at the center. ​

Technology and the world of work
We help create the conditions to ensure that the integration of new technologies into the world of work prioritizes human dignity and upholds human rights.
