Brazil – AE-led Interim Evaluation – Marajó Resiliente Project        

PURPOSE: Fundación Avina seeks to procure the services of an independent evaluator or evaluation team to design, plan and conduct an interim evaluation of the Marajó Resiliente Project, funded by the Green Climate Fund. The evaluator will provide an independent, rigorous and useful evaluation function, designing and implementing a framework to assess the project against the GCF evaluation criteria and in accordance with the GCF Evaluation Policy and applicable guidelines.
