Fundación Avina launches internal artificial intelligence policy

Fundación Avina has now its internal AI policy, reaffirming its commitment to technology that respects human rights, promotes equity, and supports the common good. AI is seen as a support tool—not a replacement for human decision-making—and the organization is fostering training and dialogue spaces for its ethical implementation.

Over 3,000 journalists have completed trainings on in-depth reporting and incorporating diverse perspectives, thanks to collaborative initiatives we developed with strategic allies. These initiatives help boost coverage of key issues for sustainable development and building a more just and equitable society.
