Philanthropy in Central America
Between October 7 and 9, the Central American Donors Forum (CADF) took place, a key space organized by the Seattle International Foundation for dialogue between civil society, philanthropy, and the government and business sectors.
From Fundación Avina, we participated at CADF to strengthen relationships and address topics related to our three action pillars: Climate Action, Democratic Innovation, and Just and Regenerative Economy. The CADF was marked by various important debates and lectures, including one from President Bernardo Arévalo (photo). During the event, we discussed Central America's main challenges and created alliances in favor of development.
We left the CADF inspired and convinced of the enormous potential for cooperation between the different actors in the philanthropy and socio-environmental impact ecosystems. Through ColaborAcción, we will continue driving deep impacts and transformations in our society.
